Mark makes sure that everything at Marlix runs smoothly. He is an engineer by backround, and fixes all the stuff that breaks in the brewery.

Mark's proper job is at a bank, where he is a product developer. Not as much fun as brewing.

Recipe madman, admin guru

Alex will throw alot of weird stuff into beer, and sometimes it turns out to be a total winner. Also good at ticking admin boxes.

Alex works for the NHS in the world of service improvement. This also is not as much fun as brewing.
